So fresh and clean. Restaurant was fabulous. Had wonderful Mediterranean salad and Tomato Basil soup at Curate! All of the employees were so accommodating everywhere we went within the hotel. Valet employees went the extra mile for us when we had to make a very early surgery hour at a nearby hospital! They showed up an hour early for us. So impressed with this hotel!

Hotel was very clean, all staff encountered helpful and pleasant. Bellman brouggt luggage up and gave quick rundown of ice machine and restaurant/ bar hours. Located close to great eating choices really close by. Great Valet services. Train right outside drops you off at NRG stadium

We stayed longer than planned because of medical reasons. We were comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, Neville is a star, the room service was good, the front desk staff were helpful, and the location was perfect because it was close to the hospital.

I really loved the Valentine’s Day set up with the snacks /treats and live music. The 3 course meal was a great idea.
